Delivery Information

There are 3 ways to arrange your delivery:

  • Online: Find the products you require on the website, add them to your cart and at the checkout stage choose a delivery option.
  • By phone: call 01689 877 020 between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • By Email: 24/7 365 days a year.

Our Delivery options

Our standard delivery varies depending on your delivery address and the time you place your order we try to dispatch the same day if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we do aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most goods are dispatched to you from our depot but some items may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer, which will also affect delivery times and conditions. We have partnered with UK Mail to send out the majority of our items, with smaller items under 2kg sent by Royal Mail. Our delivery costs start from £3.99. If you use our UK Mail service for items for UK Mainland delivery, they are delivered on a next working day from the date of dispatch basis.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to additional carriage charges and delivery time. *Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly, deliveries will be at the standard charge plus £2.99 invoiced carriage surcharge.  There must be someone at the shipping address to sign for each delivery.  Our carriers will leave a card for you to contact them if you are out. You may be charged the return shipping fee if you do not arrange delivery.

Shipping outside of the UNITED KINGDOM:

At this time, you can only complete checkout on our website if your shipping address is within the United Kingdom.
If you are in a country outside of the United Kingdom and are interested in purchasing from us, please either use the Contact Us form, or telephone us on 01689 877 020 for a shipping quotation to your destination. 
For a shipping quotation, please provide us with the following information:
 - Full address or at minimum the Country and City/Town to ship to
 - Item(s) and quantity required. Please provide the 4 or 5 digit Product code as listed
 - Your contact details
 - If you are a business and registered for VAT or your country equivalent tax, please supply your tax number

In most cases we are able to respond to your shipping quotation within two working days.
Please be aware that Teepol Online may be unable to ship your chosen item or some of your chosen items to your destination as the item(s) may be hazardous with UK regulations preventing it being shipped or we simply do not ship to you country. 
You are also responsible for payment of any import / custom's duties or any additional charges applicable in your country.

Did you know?
Dependent on destination, we can often ship multiple items for the same shipping price as one item. 
If this is the case, we will let you know on your quotation.

Refunds & Returns

Any item returned unused and undamaged within 14 days of purchase will receive a FULL REFUND.
There shall be no restocking or handling fee.
Please note we are unable to refund return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Or your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
